Make sure you are charged the correct amount before you leave!!Loved the service I received. Added a 20% tip when asked by the cashier how much I wanted to include. Got home and found out he added an extra amount to the tip over what I wanted. Called the salon to get the charge reversed and they initially said I had to go to the salon to get it back in cash, but then when I said I’d just dispute the charge with my credit card they said they would refund it. That was 10 days ago and still no refund. Make sure you check the tip charge before you leave the salon.
