CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments necessary. Cancellations and reschedules can easily be made on the VM Mobile App, by logging into your VM account online at www.vanmichael.zenoti.com/webstore or by calling any Van Michael location.
Our Policy:
- We respectfully request at least 6 hours’ notice for any cancellations or reschedules.
- Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 6 hours in advance will result in a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the reserved services.
- If you are late for your service, we may not be able to fully accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our best to reschedule your service for another convenient time.
- A credit card is required to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to the card on file.
- Our team reserves the right to make exceptions due to extenuating and unforeseen circumstances.
CREDIT CARD SURCHARGE POLICY
Van Michael imposes a surcharge on all credit card transactions, which will not exceed our cost of acceptance.
PRODUCT RETURN / REFUND POLICY
AVEDA PRODUCTS
Aveda products may be returned or exchanged within 90 days of purchase.
HAIR TOOLS
Most hair tools have a 30-day warranty from date or purchase. Always register your tool before use and refer to manufacturer warranty. Tools must be sent to manufacturer to be repaired or replaced. No refunds, returns, or exchanges allowed on tool sales. Please keep receipt as proof of purchase. Dyson Professional dryers do not come with a valid warranty unless purchased by a licensed cosmetologist.

SERVICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY
Service adjustments must be scheduled within two weeks of the original service date and will be provided complimentary.Requests made after two weeks will be priced as a regular service. Van Michael Salon management reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy at its discretion.
